      At clubs here in Denton you can get a big gulp sized cup 3.50. At that cost who wouldnt buy it? Shiner is a good regional beer, but there are better. Try Celis it is much better.

        Guys and Gals,

        I read some of the posts on here, but not all of them. I'm posting some comments that will hopfully help everyone to better understand where I am coming from and the limitations I have in responding to some of the questions.

        1. I appreciate this board and the ability to be a part of it.

        2. Time is a huge factor and I can't check the board here daily.

        3. Due to corporate related and confidentiality issues, I can't reply or comment on every question I am asked.

        4. I can play guitar. I started playing in bar bands when I was 14 (yes, I had a mullet at one point, but no pictures are still in existence...LOL), I am now 37. I'm not a monster shredder, but I can hold my own. In addition, I can build a guitar from raw lumber. Playing a Strat-head Charvel in 1983 and then not being able to find one to purchase led to me start building my own guitars and become the "Charvel Homo" that I am today. I am in my dream job. Every day I eat, sleep, dream, cry, scream, rant, kick, and bleed Charvel/Jackson. I do it so that when a newbie picks up a Jackson or Charvel guitar for the first time, they have the same reaction I did - "Holt Sh*t.....this is NICE!". Playing that first Charvel, when I had no idea about what made a guitar good or bad, made me a Charvel guy for life.

        5. If you have a problem with your guitar, call the dealer first. If he won't/can't resolve it, call FMIC Consumer Relations. I'll help if I can, but I should be your last resort.

        6. If your guitar has a problem, don't automatically assume it's a manufacturing defect. Things happen during transit and in dealers shops that are beyond our control. Our QC process is VERY intensive. Our manufacturing methods have very stringent tolerances. On rare occasions, like any company, something might make it through and get shipped. On those rare occasions, we make every effort to resolve the problem ASAP.

        7. When we started "Ask Jackson", we knew it would need to be tweaked at some point. Your comments here are appreciated by me and I'm sure by the Admins here too. Whatever can be or needs to be change to make this section better and more effective, I all for it.

        OK...I need to get back to work now. This is work, right???

        Many thanks to all of you for your support and gripes too!! Your comments, good or bad, help us to do better and continue to improve.

                              There speaks someone who knows! In my head, I just get predicitions of snapping noises from behind the fingerboard!

                              Actually, I have done some v minor tweaks, but it's a case of luck not knowledge cos I can make an adjustment in either direction have the effect I want! Anyway, that's what guitar techs are for [img]/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img] .....
