Where to get Limited Runs?

Hey, I'm sorry for that, maybe stupid question.
Put I read alot of Limited Runs here on the Board, but haven't ever seen something like that on the official HP.
So, were do you get this Infos from?

They aren't official runs that Jackson puts on their production schedule, they are group orders that a dealer sends in to have made.
