• Does this body exist? (H/S/H, non-recessed trem)

No point restating the question, it's all there in the subject line. Is there such a thing as a Dinky/Strat body that has the H/S/H pickup configuration like a DK3 or PS4, but has the all-important-to-me NON-RECESSED TREM ROUTE? The control layout should at least be a blade switch (5-way) and at least one volume and one tone.

Related question... for a body to have a non-recessed trem (42mm sustain block length), is the body's neck pocket angled/ramped to accommodate the higher bridge, or would I have to buy a neck that is angled at the neck heel?

Ya know what? For how much of a "custom" freak you are (that's a good thing, not an insult ), you should get into building your own, my friend.

I want to build my own mutt, that's why I'm asking about this particular body!

See, somebody has a PS4 body for sale in the Classifieds, and I'd TOTALLY go for it had it had a non-recessed trem route. Didn't want to post it in the Classifieds, as everyone is barred from saying "If only it had _____________, I'd hit it!"

Yes, I'm obsessed about tiny little features nobody even cares about... woo!!!

Me asking for these little things is probably about as futile as everyone who comes in every few months to ask about 24-fret Rhoads without heavy modifications.

Here's what you do. You buy that body, then you route out the top and glue in a nice heavy chunk of maple (like a Les Paul). Then you just need to cut a hole for the non-recessed OFR. Final route is to route the neck pocket with an angle to deal with the higher bridge height. I've done this before freehand with no templates, so I know it can be done.

Of course it maybe easier and cheaper to just buy a body done like this...
