-Matching candy color strat headstock with gold small logo outlined in black
-Full cut SD Strat body with vintage specs
-Heavily birdseyed 22 jumbo fret oil finish maple necks with small early Charvel logo

No tacky "limited" or "custom shop" wording visable from front of guitar. Numered plates exactly like '81 numbered SE'81-001 thru SE'81-200 (SE for "Special Edition" & "'81" for original year 1981 spec reference)

That's easy:

50 7 string Soloists, in trans flame colors, with a tuna and string-thru.

They'd all sell.

[/ QUOTE ]

Make 'em trans quilt tops, and Mahogony bodies, I'm in.
Hardware: all black, all the time.

a limited run?...wow...ummm...i would have to take a look at current market trends..see what colors are selling...and then make a strathead charvel, non-recessed floyd...rest would be up to the marketing surveys of what people seem to think they want...d.m.

I'd try to get FMIC to spring for a Plek for the Jackson CS!

I usually get a boner for old late '50's Korina Gibson V's, so I thought it would be cool for a Jackson RR to be made to similar specs:
Korina body and 22 fret neck, glued in neck (not neck through), 2 piece body with the grain running parallel to the wing angles.
24.625" scale
Brazilian rosewood fingerboard, no binding
MOTS dot inlays
6105 frets
Vintage tuners with keystone buttons
Vintage output pickups
Gold hardware
Gold logo
