Charvel model?

Hi

I am trying to figure out the model of my charvel whihc I have had for many years. I bought it second hand in a music store in the late 90s.
It is a Charvel 22 frets, bolt on with traingle inlays.
The colour is pearl white. It has active jackson pickups in a HSS config. It has 1 volume and 2 tone (of which one tone must control the active pickups - not sure) and a 5 way pickup selector and a schaller trem.
I would be extremely interested if anyone could identify its model, as I have been curious for a long time.

Forgot to mention that the wiritng on the head stock is in big loopy writing similar to the Jackson logo.

Tooth paste logo, schaller trem, active electronics, sharkies. All of that screams Model 475 to me, the Model 4's replacement.
