Cool guitar, I was lucky enough to see Cacophony, He totally smoked Marty. They were playing Carvins at the time and they did a clinic at the Carvin store, It was cool cause everyone wanted to talk to Marty and I just got to sit there and talk to Jason about his playing and how he did certain things with arpeggios and whatnot. Marty's good but I never heard him do anything where you think, "how the hell did he do that" Where with Jason every few seconds I was going how the fuck did he do that. Jason was really cool to talk to and very informative. One of the best guitarists I've ever seen live. He made what he did look easy.

If you want authenticity, put rings on there. My preference would be no wings. While I do tend to hook my pinky on the ring while playing, that guitar looks better without. BTW, Tim do you still have that Wolfie?

+1. I really thought that, aside from the virtuosity that Sheehan and Vai added to DLR's first two full length solo lps, ALAE is probably Daves best, mostly due to Becker. [img]/images/graemlins/headbang.gif[/img]
