Didn't Kevin E. have a small run of these as Charvels? Hence the non-locking tremolo. I seem to remember the McD/Jackson prototype also having a JT580LP.

yeah, he started one, but was shut down by jason's attorneys quickly.

There wasn't a limited run.

Maybe this is the prototype from Kevin E's run that got shut down. I still remember the first one being a Jackson with a locking tremolo.

I think Peavey only made two of their version, Jason has one and PV the other. I also remember hearing that Peavey chose not to do the peoject well before Jason got sick.

Actually, one of the peavey ones is at the HRC in Chicago.
