EVH Charvel in Budweiser Commercial

The last 2 Monday Night Footballs I have seen what I swear is a red EVH Charvel in a Budweiser Commercial. It shows it for less than a second and it's near the end of the commercial but I am about 95% sure that's what it is...

There's also a Model series Charvel in a T Mobil ad. The one where the dad catches the son dressing like a woman [img]/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img]

I'm sure they used the guitar without permission of charvel.

Black headstock, taped-over logo. Not likely a Charvel. Definitely not an EVH Art Series.
