• Another string-thru Professional Dinky comes home to me!!!

I just want to thank board member Grandpa for hooking me up with a sweet pawnshop find. It's a '94 Professional Dinky HX with string-thru/tunomatic bridge. It's a very sweet dark reddish/burgundy/plum color? Not exactly sure what color Jackson calls it (maybe it's deep candy red?), but it's basically a twin to my black Dinky HX and I love it! According to Kevin Easton, only about 100 of these were made in '94. They have two humbuckers, 3-way blade switch, push/pull coil tap in tone pot. All you Floyd haters would love these guitars!!
Pics to come soon after I get it set up and find an eyelet for the high E string ferrule that it's missing.
I feel my soul go cold... only the dead are smiling.

congrats, Joe. Looking forward to those pics. Could you post one with both your HXs? Maybe with their headstocks facing each other.....or..or.. or with their bridges nearly touching... or..their knobs rubbing against each other. or yourself between both guitars mmmm love guitar porn. I'm bringing them and my deep purple Dinky Reverse over to Ken's house tomorrow. I'll have him take some pics of them in all sorts of weird positions for you, Gary.

I was glad to do it Joe, anytime I find something like this, I want a JCFer to have it. Frequently I find good Jacksons and Charvels in pawn shops and, since this is not a metal area, the price is usually right. Just no USA or string-thru, when these show up they're mine. Only thing that I know of now is an excellent 4M.
