Will new jacksons for 06 have kahler in them? Esp will put kahler in their 06 (uper) models.
Since kahler is back in the buissines and is killer thing, i don't see reason not to put them in.

Jackson should endorse the lead player in Machine Head, he seems to be really into jacksons, I've seen him playing a KV2 and a RR1.

On the issue of Imports moving to Mexico, I dont see an issue w/ this. I thought the Mexican Strats that I played where pretty good.

1. newbie isnt going to care if the guitar has OFR, Schaller, JT580, or JT500. And wuite frankly the salesman @ the store will not likely talk himself out of a sale (will likely try to push the bigger ticket item for the commission).
2. Also it is likely that the amp jr will play thru will be some $100 practice/bedroom beginer amp, so it is very unlikely they will notice a difference between a JB vs DD102.
3. HZ are not import knock-offs of active EMGs. They are passive pickups made in USA.

Currently a DXMG sells for about $400, now if you put active EMGs & OFR on it instead, it likely be in the $600-$700 range & likely out of the range jr has, or that poppa wants to spend.

What about Dan Spitz? PRS just seems very weird for Dan....he should be playing Jacksons!!
