Fender used some of the capacity they are wasting, I mean, using to build custom shop guitars such as the Ike Turner and Mary Kaye custom shop tribute models to build more Jacksons. Seriously who buys these things? [img]/images/graemlins/rant.gif[/img]

but wouldn't that mean that you'd then have Fender guys building Jacksons? So rather than the two shops remaining separate entities, you'd have guys that usually make replicas of 50s era guitars building your state of the art metal machine. Isn't that just what everyone got their panties in a bunch over when the Fender acquisition was first announced?
