The old ones used to be a nice brushed cotton or whatever the material is and now I get this new one which looks like crap-ass nylon! Yeah, I have the same problem... I wear L-XL sized flex fits, and most of those cheap hats feel like beenies....

I have a flex fit Fender L-XL hat and it IS like a beanie.

But I also have my favorite No Fear hat that is marked as the same size and it's great!
