Re: Hi!

Yeah sure! well i just bought a WRXT body off Ebay, it didn't arrive yet, but i was planning to paint it really dark red. And planning to EMG's or Duncan Livewires in there. I also just got a neck off Ebay which didn't arrive either, but should real soon, I hope everything fits together well. And i'll be keeping a website of all of my current progress on it!

Re: Hi!

Cool. I had a Warrior MG body with a real Floyd and a PS4 neck (reverse headstock) that I also put a DiMarzio X2N and Super 2 in with a midrange/wah circuit instead of a second tone control, and that kicked ass! I parted it out and kinda miss it now, though.

Wow thats awesome, but sucks that you don't have it anymore. Heres the Body and Neck that I got off ebay which both didn't come yet, http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...MEWN%3AIT&rd=1 and http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...MEWN%3AIT&rd=1 do you think that I got ripped-off? or it won't work together?

Hey Mark,

I'm pretty new to posting here as well.
One piece of advice. They don't like it when you resurrect old posts around here.
I learned that the hard way

Anway, welcome aboard.

Re: Hi!

Nice. I think you got a good deal, but the neck has a typical Strat heel that's 2 3/16" and Jacksons are 2 1/4".

Haha thanks for the advice Slevy

So do you think I should just sell this neck and buy a new one? because theres probably no way of fixing that right?

hey man, welcome. as far as the neck goes, you'll be okay with the heel width, although you'll probably have a slight gap on the sides of the neck pocket. you can get around that with a shim. my larger question is whether it's a true 24 fret neck or not. it could be a 22 fret neck with a long extension. if that's the case, that neck may not work for you.
