Should Jackson reboost their endorsers list?

I was looking at the endorsers list from ESP and Ibanez and they put a lot of effort in their artists and endorsers list and sign very good musicians, should Jackson do the same?

both companies also both pay their endorsers. A cost which is passed onto the consumer.

Even without big name endorsers Jackson will still sell because Jackson produces awesome guitars! Hands down. Even players who have endorsements from other manufacturers still plays Jacksons.

of course Jackson Guitars are awesome, it`s a shame that a lot of people are more into ESP or Ibanez just because they endorse a lot of bands.

It doesn't matter to me that Vai/Satriani/Gilbert play Ibanez, Hendrix/Malmsteen/Clapton play Fender, etc...

Give me a Jackson any day of the week, I say.

Do you mean to say that Ibanez and ESP pay their endorsees in addition to giving them free guitars, whereas Jackson only supplies free guitars?

Jackson does not supply free guitars... Not unless you're Dave Mustaine. You still have to buy them if you're an endorsee, you just get them at factory cost...

ESP will give you a few free guitars on a regular basis. They do pay many of their endorsees though.

Is that a fact about ESP and Ibanez or other brands PAYING endorsees AND supplying free guitars? That's pretty weird. But ah well as a marketing student I should probably take note.

The endorsement terms and conditions are subject to negotiation anyway and it may differ depending on brand and/or artist.
Anyone who has his signature model is surely getting paid whether it's Ibanez, ESP or Jackson.
When the endorser plays regular production model, the endorsement basically covers just free giveaways and probably endorsers involvement in some marketing activities like doing clinics is paid separately.
