over the past couple of weeks, we've been inundated with members creating multiple jcf accounts. we don't allow it, and we get a notification from the board when it happens. when we get the notice, we suspend both accounts until the user decides which name to use. then the other is deleted.

guys, please....stop the insanity, eh?
