Nice, my first real guitar was a Jackson too, dxmg, still use it today, I bought it like 3 years ago, Jacksons are sick. And i don't know why but your friend looks like someone who would just pick up a guitar to noodle and not really learn lol.

My first guitar was a Jackson PS-4, then I changed it for a SL2H. Jackson Guitars are awesome!!!

yup. i had a choice between a JS20, a washburn and a fender strat and im sure a couple others in that price range. for some reason i chose jackson and never looked back!

I would have started on Jacksons if there were any around here. There weren't any stores that dealt them back in the day. I remember seeing a few Charvels back then but pretty much everywhere you looked it was nothing but Ibenhad. So thats how I started out. Thank God for the internet, the only way to get a decent axe around here! Now the only guitar I own that isn't a Jackson is my Dime 333, it would be a sin to ever get rid of it though...blasphemy! My first real guitar was a Jackson, and I still have It and It's my only guitar [img]/images/graemlins/tongue.gif[/img] I hope to get a better one In the future.

Most other guitars except for high end manufacturers like Suhr or Anderson feel like toys to me compared to Jacksons.

My first axe was a Mako plywood Rhoads copy, and there´s something to this day that I love about the way a Rhoads "moves"...

My first guitar that I bought was a Gibson explorer also. That was just under 20 years ago and I still own it. My first Jackson was a PS4-T which I just traded in for my Bond Rhoads. I just got into Jacksons 3 years ago.
