Yeah, LynchFan, our downstairs neighbor was almost as bad as that lady. This guy was about 50 years old and lived with his very old father in their small apartment. I don't think the guy ever had a job, and I only ever saw him wearing a bathrobe around. I'm usually pretty accommodating, and if he had simply been civil with me and brought the cops in, I'm sure we could have worked something out, but there you go...
