    Oh dear it seems i have one too. Are theey all that bad?? If it goes through paypal, would that be ok? If he insists to use creditcard merchant, its a surefire scam really i would feel.

    Has anybody sold to indonesia and had a good experience i.e actually got the money?

      in all honesty, you're tempting fate, my good man. there's so many of these going around that sure, it's hard to know if someone is legit (see pete's post on the previous page), but odds are it's a scam.

        got a mail back from the guy saying that he can only do credit card payment, scammer. His excust was that paypal is not available in his country. LOL.

          That's basicly how it. They will insist on creditcard and insist on 2 Day shipping so they get the merchandise before anyone has a chance to catch it and try and get the merchandise back.

          Remember this, credit cards don't technically take the money out of your account for 72 hours to allow for any editing of the purchase by the merchant, so by the time the charge officially shows up on someones stolen card, the lovely people in Indonesia are already scratching up your brand new guitar.
