2nd) I appreciate the pats on the back but this is deeper than what we are looking for as far as accolades go ..

I don't need to read all the other posts. This forum is just "tits"!!!! We are getting new members in droves. Every comment and every insight is a gem. I for one love this place. Its like a second home for me really. Just about everyone here is great, helpful, friendly and fun.

This place is a break for me from the car message boards Ive been on for years. To be honest, as a member of alot of large forums, this place has to be the most well behaved and mature place out of ALL of them, no question. Some of the BS Ive seen go down on a board is just crazy, and theres virtuall none of that here. Join a few car message boards, and youll realize how good we really have it here.

As far as the admins go, I think they do a great job and are VERY fair. People need to realize that they run this board, and they can remove anything they see fit for any reason, and need not explain themselves. When they do, its just an added bonus really.

I do have on complain though... THE SEARCH FEATURE SUCKS! [img]/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img]

I've got the same complaint, the search function eats my butt-hole.

I think the admins do an alright job. Yeah, I've had my disagreements with them, but this, for all intents and purposes, is something their volunteering their time on, I don't think they are making any money on it.

I've only got one request, and they know what it is, so no need to say, well two actually, the other is the search function. Man does it suck.

oh, what I mean about them not getting paid, is that, they are putting their time in, for something they care about. When some dick face comes along and starts a fight in the forum, they are fucking up something they do, on their own time, of their own free will.

I mean, if they are getting cash, who the hell cares, but that's not the point.

Grr...I'm having a hell of a time saying this, but I think the best way to convey it would be.

They put a lot of time into this. When people start shit, it creates a headache for them. They already have shit going on, family, work, whatever, and they don't need more here. They know a lot of us, and when we have our debacles, they stay out of it, well, most of the time. The thread deleting thing, I can understand it, even if it pisses me off.

Would you rather have people come to the JCF where they could bullshit with each other, sell some stuff, learn a few things, see dealers, and get the what's what on what's coming out, or would you rather see a forum, where people bitch, moan, start fights, and cause shit all of the time?

What way gets more members? There's an expression, that maybe I should actually pay attention to. YOu get more bees with honey.
