    Did Grover Jackson design the Mercury and MercuryII line of guitars for washburn guitars???Do higher end ones have any collectable value.??? Thanks!!!( yes I know where theres one cheap and its seems to be a good guiatr) [img]/images/graemlins/eyes.gif[/img]

      What is the difference between Jackson and Grover Jackson ?
      My USA custom has Grover Jackson on the Headstock.I bought it used in a guitar store in the early 90's and do not know really much about it.

        Speaking of Grover, does anyone know what he is up to now. I heard he has a shop somewhere in Orange county,CA.

          some guitars...WITH STRINGS!!!! most of them have those sticks like on guitar hero....AWESOME!!!!

          some amps...they have some glowing bottle like things in them...i think my amps do that modelling thing....COOL, huh?!?!?!

          and finally....

          i have those little plastic "chips" used to hit the strings...WHOA!!!!

                  Yeah. Nice model names, too. The "Solo1st" takes the cake. 3DV (VVV), too? I can't believe this choad is a J/C dealer with cheesy ripoff antics like that.

                            Actually Grover designed more than just the Mercury for Washburn. He ran the custom shop from 1992 - 1997. I have 9 Mercurys, all of them from the customshop. I had a few of the imports and I thought they were very cool guitars, especially for how cheap they are..........
