I would assume it depends on where the specialties lie .. Like Dan or Mike's schedules Vs a plain or dyed color ..

Good point, luckily mine requires no special graphic, just a custom dye job (possible they might require a painting expert for that, I don't know). Hard not to get excited for me, this old hat for some of you guys but seeing as how this is my first one I'm pretty damn excited.

My second Jackson is 2170, but that's already with Dan for a graphic....I think 1969 will have to be dyed like Chris' guitar so that might be the delay - maybe they'll do them at the same time [img]/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img]

Plain old Blood Splatter over here. When I got the confirmation email for the 7-string I was informed it was going into the build stage (back around June of last year? I'll hafta doublecheck), and I know it's not something that they have a template for, but surely by now I'd have at least some idea? I was told it may also depend on what they see as different or what looks cool to build at the time. They'll just go through the work order and see what looks interesting and do that. No particular order. So first come first serve does not apply I guess.

As Kev said I would imagine the more detailed or graphically intense the longer it will take.

My work order is 2260 with a due date of 9/27/2006. Nothing over the top, just a carved top soloist, reversed head, reverse sharkies, oiled neck-thru and a solid color.

So hopefully I'll have it by the end of September. [img]/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img]

I did round up enough chage in my pocket to make that purchase. [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img] I was thinking the same thing about the updates. I sent them about 20 guitars last month. Some fun pieces for sure.

It's being edited as we speak.. Over 180 hours of film...Alot at the custom shop too. I also got to do the soundtrak. WEEEEEE...Will be cool. Full length docmentary, And being re-edited for shopping to networks..

Thanks Neilli. Sorry I havent been keeping you guys posted on the graphics. Kotzen has been doing a pretty good job on the Jackson site. I will post some some of the stuff I am working on very soon.
