Hey all, new to the forum. What is the deal with the custom shop limitations? I was under the impression that Jackson was willing to do anything on custom orders....was I given some wrong info or has this change came around with fenders involvement?

There is very little they won't do. Most of the complaints here are miscommunications or instances where Jackson just simply messed up. It shouldn't happen and it worries me that it seems so prevalent, but you can still get most anything done through the custom shop.

It's not the fact that they won't do it, it's that if you leave them any room for 'artistic interpretaion' they'll most likely do something you don't want.
