Where to get a small paint repair?

My friend has a guitar with a small (1 inch long) piece of the headstock knocked off (the very tip). It was glued back into place, but it needs filled and painted. I'm looking for somewhere for him to send it. Price is not really an issue, but time is. Does anyone know a shop that can match the paint and get the work done in a reasonable amount of time? Thanks.

Don't recommend GMW or Gruhn - they won't do it.
