ok, it's pretty much "dead-on" to my 86 Dimas Jackson Soloist (Yellow/Orange Crackle). If I had to put a tolerance value to it, I'd say + or - 1/16th MAX!

I just compared one of the templates to my Soloist and it's pretty dead on. So I was wrong...

ok.. after all this time, I scanned the layout of the shapes, vectorized them and send them to our Trotec Laser machine to have them cut out in plexi:
