did you concider the duncan Full shred or the Screamin Demon? The Demon is a low gain pickup with excellent clearity and definition and a sweet tone. It should go well in the neck. The Full shred is also decent for the neck with a high out put bridge pup like a distortion or Invader. Hotter sounding sweeter tone than the demon can be a little muddy at times but has a good midrange and nice harmonics.
