i'm looking for a new pickup to put in the neck position...can someone recommend something similar the emg 85? a dimarzio or duncan, preferably.

So, basically any humbucking p'up will emulate the 85?
I love p'ups and I also like to upgrade...However, I must be honest and admit I can only tell the difference between humbuckers and single coils in many cases...Dimarzio PAF (as an example) and Duncan distortions sound about the same, as do many other combinations to my ears...
