New member intro

Hi, y'all, I'm new here. Been playing since 1983 or so. I kind of gave it up in the mid-'90s after my band fell apart; just getting back into it now on a more amateur basis. Always been a Fender player, mostly (still have a '66 Jazzmaster, a '79 Strat, and a mutt mahogany-bodied Strat built around an '80s '62 RI neck), but I've always loved Charvels and Jacksons and would have bought a Model 4 back in 1986 if I'd been able to afford it. (I bought the '79 Strat instead.) I recently acquired a Model 3 which I've been sorting, I have a black cherry Kahler-equipped Model 4 en route to me, and I'm thinking about ordering a new San Dimas. I've put the Fenders away for awhile -- these MIJ Charvels are too much fun for me to be messing with the old stuff.

also make sure you have your Major GAS meds here.. u will get alot fo GAS for guitars.... after beeing here awile....
