<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">I'm 32 and single and now work as a Manager for a major oil service company (since NASA laid me off last year), so I do OK. I ordered my first Jackson in 1984, but just started collecting 2 years ago.

My favorite at the moment is LTD-003-VTS. It was also the hardest to acquire.

I have $100,000 worth of insurance on my collection's appraised value.

The best bargain was probably the doubleneck.

I've never been "hosed" on a deal. I've overpaid when it was something I had to have though.

I don't know about being overrated, but the guitars that are the most UNDERRATED are the Kramer Archtop Stagemasters. They're the best playing guitars I own.

And to be fair, there's about 4 guitars on there that I have recently sold, so my collection is not really THAT big...
