No - it's one of the Bill Edwards Finger-tite lock nuts that was a direct replacement for Floyd nuts back then. I love it - works just as well, and no wrenches to use. Wish they still made them. ...And, yes, I still have the original locknut.
They do still make them. I bought one not long ago when I was trying to restore and old axe of mine that had one on there. They are cool, but a little bulky.
I think Kahler has them now. Not 100% on that though.
