Does anyone know anything about this Charvel? I just bought a guitar that looks identical to this. It hasn't arrived yet though. Thanks!

Saw the E-Bay pic in another post.
Now I got GAS! Took months but I want that! Shipping from UK would probably cost a mint right? My black '86 could make babies with it...crackle...maybe even bloodsplatter!

                    I'll post pics for sure!

Most of my guitars/basses are Kramers, but have a Jackson Hotrod DK2 that I love that has a duncan tb-4, stk-s1, and stk-s2 in it... and a DKMGT that has the thinnest neck i've ever owned, but I'm looking to sell it to help pay for this. Expect pics by tuesday!

I had a Model 5 in cobalt blue...loved that guitar(till I had to kill it!)All I have left now is the headstock to remember her by (and match the paint for a future project!)

one of my first Charvels was a 5 with a Kahler.. nice guitars.. the older ones have a bit beefier neck I think but not unpleasant. Swap out the pups with your favs and you're rockin.

I can't understand why everyone says "swap out the pickups". They sound great stock. Just opinions I guess...

They're really not bad as in awful...just lacking in clearity I think..probably the plastic covers. If you have favorite upgrades I would think they would make the guitar sound better overall.
