Maybe somebody with a better knowledge of Jackson guitar history should go edit this reference to Jackson Guitars its seems a little incomplete and vague to me.

I am glad you guys found it entertaining. I didn't have alot of faith in the Wiki system as anyone can go in there and mess with the entries. So far it has only been improved (spelling fixes, reorganization, and link add ons). I have been very pleased so far.
As for the Rhythmist, I will have a nice pic to add to that real soon. Let me hone my Photoshop chops first ...lol.Last edited by Jim Shine; 06-09-2006, 10:13 PM.

What's this part all about?
"Almost all Jackson (and many Charvel) guitars share the typical pointed, roughly triangular headstock, which is simply a Gibson Explorer style headstock modified to avoid lawsuits."
Admittedly, there's a big similarity, but I always thought Randys original guitars had the typical Jackson pointy headstock? Was there any known lawsuit threats from Gibson?
