Wouldn't it be more "friendly" - and just as easy - to contact Matt directly?

I've been seeing some of this lately and - no offense - find it quite bizarre. You're basically just assuming that the dealer comes along and sees/hears your post addressed to him, which may or may not happen on a board as big as this and with a business as busy as their's. Whereas if you call/e-mail/PM the dealer directly, you'll know for a fact that he'll see it.
