Here are the specs I sent John for my Rhoads. It's pretty close to my stock '93 USA RR1, but with a few differences.
1. Stock USA 24-fret neck-thru body/neck woods & construction.
2. Single Bill Lawrence XL500 pickup at the bridge.
3. Mirrored sharktooth inlays. (chromed metal from what I understand)
4. Mirrored pickguard.
5. No tone control (who really needs that???).
6. Vol and pickup switch are in the stock locations, but the pickup switch is a single-throw on/off switch.
7. Double-locking OFR. A future version I will request with a Kahler, just for kicks.
It may or may not have the IGNITOR spiked-triad logo on it. I would like to get a version of that painted in the middle with some of Mike Learn's flames coming out of it. I think that would look totally killer. On that guitar I would also want the spiked-triad inlaid into the 12th position.
Doug (HuntingDoug) is working on a custom truss cover with my signature on it that will either go on my first Rhoads or on the next one with the IGNITOR logo on it.
Here's the quick mock-up of it, using the guitar generator! That thing rocks!

Why didn't you make it a rearloader btw?
I think one of the vendors should do a "Re-stringing Contest" at the Winter NAMM! That would be worth some laughs!

Annah, I think he meant rear loaded electronics instead of a pick guard.Scott

But seriously, I load my strings from the tuners at the headstock, with the ball-end of the string there, and clip the strings just past the fine tuners on the Floyd, stick 'em in and clamp 'em down. If I do it fast, I can usually restring and tune up a whole new set of strings in less than 10 minutes. Not that I have to rush like that very often, but sometimes it's fun.

what he ment is, why didnt you go for a no-pick-guard rhoads. rear loaded controls, so the top is clean-er.You can't play no muthfuggin' arpeggios on a tuba...

I think if you look at the other guitar players Gibby V in Ignitor he has a chromed guard so she is probably going for a specific vibe ..
And BTW Congrat's ...Don't worry - I'll smack her if it comes to that. You do not sell guitars to buy shoes. You skimp on food to buy shoes! ~Mrs Tekky 06-03-08~
