Great guitar. I love the inlays and the green logo. I too had seen it there for a long time. I ran it buy my girl once but we have kids and it just ain't cool for me to be playing the pot guitar. Although, I would love to and wish I was. Sweet!

Re: PICS of new Jackson Custom Shop

I haven't checked the neck pocket/heel however the completion date for final inspection on the hang tag states 2/2/98. I knew it had been there for a while and having not been played, was slightly worried about the neck warping. However the custom shop has a lifetime warranty or something doesn't it? And it's still in perfect nick, so won't be needing it in a hurry. thanks for the compliments all.

Chuck, they had that guitar for over 2 years.

BHB, if you ever want to sell, LMK. I've been eyeing that one for a while, but the pictures at DCGL were questionable. I'm glad someone here got her!

Great score... and those Leafs are SWEET!

I always wanted to bust that out at a show and see what all the girls had to say!

Re: PICS of new Jackson Custom Shop

I emailed Jason a year or so back about that guitar, because I'd been thinking of ordering a custom Stealth. If not for the inlays, I would have bought it then, but I see that I'm not alone in disliking them. I still plan to order one eventually, although possibly neck-thru. I always throught that the jack location was cool on the Stealth (and Ibanez Sabre) but I get the impression that not too many folks care for that.

                      www.drumcityguitarland.com

It's a web site for a music store that carries a lot of custom shop peices.

I had e-mailed Jason about 6 weeks ago asking for a price( he quoted me $975, which I thought was great), but then I saw that Newc was selling his Dragon Dinky, so I snapped that up instead. Great score............very sweet guitar! Congrats!

Re: PICS of new Jackson Custom Shop

haha, damn. Didn't realise how many people wanted to buy the guitar at some point in time. And yes alexi7, Drum City Guitarland do ship overseas via FedEx International Priority Service (2-3 bus. days). Jason seems to be a very busy guy so a lot of the time it required patience while anticipating many of the e-mails exchanged (particularly the e-mail with the photos); however it was a pleasant shopping experience and i would recommend DCGL to other people were they interested in any of the guitars on his site. In addition I must add how much I like the Stealth body. It is thin, light and well contoured. In particular i like the placement of the input jack as it allows me to play the guitar while seated on a bed/couch and not have to change my stance in order to save the lead. Fret access is also remarkable as well, better than my Soloist I would have to say. Thanks all again for the compliments.

I contemplated buying that one at one point. Stealths are very cool guitars. Congrats!
