LOL I still remember, Mike, and I still want a 24-fret RR, too. How's yours coming along? The finances are coming back in order, so maybe some day.

Stars I've owned:
Warmoth Star with Jackson AT-1 neck. Zebra fabric refin.
Shattered Glass
'83 Charvel that had been seriously abused before I got it. Added a Warmoth neck. The neck bolts were originally drilled crooked and I had to redrill the holes.I want to depart this world the same way I arrived; screaming and covered in someone else's blood

You didn't care for the Custom 5 in yours either? I put a DiMarzio Tone Zone in mine and am happier. I love the Jazz in the neck, though.
