Some retailers sell them. In other words, you don't have to order them yourself. They're already in the stores at custom shop prices. For instance: this is from DCGL.

Why not go with the Charvel Star (USA Standard Star Guitars)?

I have a lot of GAS for the J2SP but with the guitar sold and with the 150 dollars a month I get I want something "cheap" and cool. The Charvel looked pretty cool. Well, it's still on but I need the cash to pay him! I hope he doesn't get tired of waiting, cuz I want that friggin amp!
