Yeah they been concentrating on clearing out the backlog of build orders, and the gallery has been left sitting so they could focus on that.
However, John posted in the Ask Jackson section that they're ready and the gallery is being worked on.I want to depart this world the same way I arrived; screaming and covered in someone else's blood

Newc, please don't take this the wrong way but - at best - that "working on the backlog" thing is only a rumor. Please stop telling it to folks like it's a certifiable fact. IMHO, it's likely a bad rumor.Originally posted by Newc View Post

He said "We're back on....Kotzen is trying to catch up now." And what he's catching up on is custom shop quotes/work orders - not the custom shop gallery, which was the original question posed in that thread. i.e., If they're taking new CS orders again, the "backlog" situation remains the same as it's always been - you order your guitar, and you wait your time.
I don't believe JW's post addressed gallery updates at all.
