can someone tell me which models have floyds and which have strat style?

whats the difference between JT and kahler??

current models? only the JS1 and JS20 have v-trems (also some of the Charvels but I don't know if they make a model name distinction)

things with a "T" in the model name have tuneomatics

    everything else is floyd

USA Charvels and Jacksons(most all models) came with OFR, JT-6, vintage trems as well as Kahler trems. The JT-6 trem is a floyd lisc.trem and has a open cavity on the back of the body for the trem springs and claw, the Kahler has a small route on the front of the body for the springs.
      Really? well screw Mark Twain.

You also need to add the Kahler "Traditional" trem that also has a floyd style cavity in the back. These came on 1986 Model 2's and 3's.

            As far as I know these are the only jacksons to come with "strat" style trems (jackson catalog refers to them as "vintage");

            JS1 - 2 point fulcrum
            JS20 - 2 point fulcrum
            JX10 - 2 point fulcrum
            TH-2 - 2 point fulcrum

            PS-2 - 6 screw

            JRS-1 - (has a wilkinson)

            Charvel

            1988 Model 1, 1C
            1987 Model 1

Some of the san dimas models were also made with them as well as earlier 83-85 USA charvels.

That difference between a JT and a Kalher is that a JT sux and a kalher is not a floyd.

                  I own one.
You must be thinking of the PS-1 and/or the PS-7.
