I'm building a RR copy, and I came across these templates at guitarbuildingtemplates.com - it might be the angle the photo was taken at, but the body shape doesn't look quite right. Any idea which model this template is based on?

On the first look that looks just like an XTRR to me.

Looks wrong to my eyes too. And the neck joint isn't that sharp. That's more like Randy's original LTD. Even the headstock looks like the original "concorde" which is smaller than the current Jackson headstock.

Actually now that I think about it that drawing might be from the anniversary LTDs. Look at the Gibson style cavity template. I'm pretty sure that's an LTD RR template.

I have those templates, and they follow more or less the countours of my LTD.. I never looked to see how well they match

The problem is with the upper wing (too wide and shorter than it should be) and the neck-pocket I guess

Yup, kinda looks like a LTD.

....and going by the heel shape on the side view of the neck....

and the fact there's a rear-loaded cavity instead of the top-route like the PCS...
