  • Moving Day **Pic Heavy**

For your viewing pleasure. We are leaving our home of 7 years and building our dream home. So, before I pack this stuff up, I thought I should take picture documentation and share with you guys. Keep in mind, I am not a professional photographer.

Nice group! I wondered where that chlorine Charvel went to.

Really cool. I love the variety of PC-1s. I've been developing a hankerin' for one of those.

Very cool! The SLATQHs really made we go "Wow!"... I just love string-thru guitars.
The others are very beautiful as well.

When you say "we" are moving, I'm assuming you are married and talking about your wife. I'm curious about something. When you told your wife, "Honey, I just HAVE to get three different PC1s. They're not the same, the color is different!" And she's ok with that?

Same question for all you married guys who spent literally thousands on guitars. Do your wives then get to go out and spend thousands on new shoes and clothes? Just curious how that works. BTW, I'm married too!

That is the Charvel that got very little publicity at NAMM. However, it was my favorite of the bunch. There is a very interesting story with how I ended up with that one. Unfortunately, the story may ruffle a few feathers.

It was one of my favs, too. Love the vintage style chlorine. Looks killer on a Charvie, IMHO.

Yes, I'm talking about my wife. As opposed to what? And yes, I am one lucky SOB. My wife doesn't really care. We both do very well and it's just not an issue. My only issue right now is not having enough space. And I am taking care of that with this new house. I actually spend a lot more money on guitar stuff than she does on anything else. I don't have to get her approval if thats what you're asking.

That's cool. I hope you don't think I was criticizing you, because I definitely wasn't! Like you said, you are one lucky SOB. A lot of wives would care and raise a big stink about it. You found yourself a good one!

Those PC1s are just stunning. Got another question for you. Did you get them all at the same time ("Give me one in every color!") or did you get one and like it so much that you ended up with two more?

I'm afraid if I play one, I'll end up going home with it, not that that would be a bad thing.
