Oh boy, don't even want to think about this one as I started from WAY TOO MANY to begin with but... I subtracted somewhere around 8 but added back another 5 or so. This doesn't include guitars that I bought and sold within a month of purchase for whatever reason which was another 3 or 4. I've been a bad boy this year. Was supposed to get back to 20 guitars or under but, I'm still hovering in the 25-30 range. It's hard getting rid of your loved ones let me tell ya
