Question about dinky bodies

A Dinky is a bolt-on, a Soloist is a neck-thru... both have the same body size which is 7/8 the size of a full Strat body.

is it 7/8 of both the length and width or just the width?
also, warmoth has a soloist body but since it's a bolt so it should be called dinky. anyway, is it exactly the same shape as jackson's dinky?

I think it's 7/8 scale. Meaning it effects the length and height. Possibly width also.
