    got my first Jackson the otherday(large pics, 56k beware)

    Like the title says, got my first Jackson guitar today. I have played several imports and loved them...but this one was BY FAR the best guitar i have ever laid my hands on

    its a 85 Soloist Custom in metallic pink

    gotta love kahlers and shiny paint...


    and there she is!!


    it needs some work. the strings need changing and the kahler needs some WD-40, will i kill the value by repainting it?? if so i will just live with the chips(there are several where i rest my arm while playing, and it annoys me alot)
