Jackson noob Introduction...

Hey all...Just wanted to pop my posting cherry at the JCF. I play jazz/funk/fusion and instrumental rock and have used various high performance guitars over the years such as Ibanez, Hamer USA, etc. I currently play a Frankenstrat of my own parts scrounging with a single Dimarzio Virtual Hot PAF in the bridge and a volume control, a custom built tele and a Les Paul R8 that I've hotrodded a bit. I had never played a Jackson USA guitar until about a year ago when I played JackButler's (think he goes by that here) PC-1 and SL2H Shattered Glass and then another PC-1 and I saw what all the fuss was about. I don't own a Jackson yet (just bought a new amp hah) but I will...I'm here to learn, talk music and figure out what Jacksons are all about
