Yet another bitch about Jackson thread

That just seems bad for all parties involved, after all it's credit. Not a completed transaction...Money in Limbo. At least that's what I got out of it. Just doesn't make sense to me. Maybe I have a simple mind.

I sent a CS guitar back under warranty to the Custom Shop in Corona for a simple heat treatment of the neck. It took them 6 months to do it and ship it back to me. Like others have mentioned, it sat there for over 2 months after the work was done before being shipped back. I took another Custom Jackson to my local tech for the same treatment. He took 3 days. Between customer service like that and the ridiculous price increases, I'm done with Jackson after playing them for 20 years. I still like the old stuff but I won't be buying any Fender Jacksons.
