  • Charvel 375 replacement pups?

Ive got a Charvel H-S-S. I decided on a Seymour Duncan Dimebucker in the bridge. I need advice for the two single coils that would match up with the Dimebucker. Which one for the middle and whiich one for the neck? I am thinking a Cool rails in the middle and a hot rails in the neck? Anyone familar with this Duncan set up? they are hot wound Rail pups. Thanks

I've got a Duncan Distortion/Cool Rails/Hot Rails set up in my Charvel 650xl and it's a killer combo. If you're going with something as hot as the Dimebucker, then you're going to need some hotter single coil sized pickups. If you want a true single coil sound, then look at the Quarter Pound. It's hot, fat and loud. But it's also noisy like a single coil. Otherwise, I would highly recommend the Cool/Hot Rails as single coil sized humbuckers to match with the Dime.
