ask jackson? Strap button (not a whinge, so don't start)

Why was this section removed? I wanted to ask whether it was Jacksons' standard policy not to place forward strap buttons through the neckplate of certain imports when they are in the same spot as their USA Select counterparts. It's to do with warranty. Once you mod a guitar, it's devalued to some extent. I'm not saying I'm not going to relocate the strap button on my Kelly, I have no choice but to do it. Not a rant, not whinge. I'd just like my question answered please.
