Jackson Add in new guitar world mag???

Just got the new guitar world and was surprised to see an add on the backpages for jackson.a full page add of just a pointy headstock with flames behind it,what was wierd was i noticed that the fretboard on the guitar was not ebony but rosewood,i hope fender isnt going to drop the finer appointments of jacksons to save money.

It's not rosewood, it's ebony. The grain's too tight to be rosewood. And besides that, ads have absolutely nothing to do with what direction a company is going in as far as quality.

Fender had a Strat ad just like it a few years ago - just a headstock shot.
I thought it was lame then, and it's lame today.
Unless they plan to doa whole series of ads that you can tear out and make a life-sized guitar - that might be cool.
