OK so I have 100 posts, when do I get to access the classifieds?

69, one more thing to note is that access to the classifieds isn't automated; you will likely need to contact an administrator and request the block to be lifted. Doing it as a PM would probably be show the best etiquette.

The boys seem pretty riled up today; don't take it too hard.

The classifieds access IS automated unless we lock it due to post padding or rules circumvention. In his case it is clearly written in the rules that post padding to get classifieds access is a no no ..

yep, I understand that completly. Not my intentions to screw anyone over. Plus I am more of a buyer than a seller anyway (I get attached to my guitars) so it would be hard for me to rip anyone off being the buyer.

it is not about posting, it is about building rep, the point to safeguarding the classifieds is so no one will come and a ruin our heaven. once that is situated then it is still completely up to the admin. to let you see.

Its disproportionate, but there are a few UK JCF'rs who use the classified.
By no means is the classifieds an end all to your guitar buying dreams.
Its music oriented or guitar-bass items only. Much of the same deals you find on there you would find on eBay eventually. Don't get me wrong, there's some cool gear, pedals and instruments being traded but its no different than walking into an MGR or a music store.
