Seriously though. I was thinking somehow Ebay could be used as kind of a "treasure hunt" or "hidden text" type thing. Have to make it fair for everyone and obviously everyones got a computer!....Gary

I'm thinking member number 736 should rule the contests with an Iron Fist. HE will be judge. And throughout each week..He will decide out of every member posting on the boards..which one is coolest and worthy of nifty prizes like s'mores, peanut butter cups, and ferraries. If you think that would be unfair, then you are dumb and will never win a prize ever.

If we decide to go the "voting-game" route, we could post our designs for new/alternative JCF logos for the swag.

whatever contest, I would like the decision to be made in the poll here in the forum and not by the administrators. That would make the contest really democratic.

My suggestion is:

Have everyone design the custom jackson of their dreams and submit drawings, which will be posted in a gallery. People will see the designs in the gallery and then vote for their favorite. The winner gets the bill paid to have the guitar made by the custom shop for him.

I like the idea because:

1) It is democratic (democracy = good)
2) It is of general interest
3) Everybody can participate
4) It is Jackson-related
